How To Quit Your Job And Pursue All That You Want: 5 Ideas That Really Work

You probably wake up everyday, busting your butt. Going to a job you that hate to make another Company rich.

Every single day, you are probably doing something that you wouldn’t do if you had a choice.

You have to do what you love doing.

And find a way to get paid doing what you love.

I believe, deeply in my heart. Our time in this planet is limited.

A good question to ask yourself is,

Are you living? Or are you just alive.

You probably have a dream that you want to accomplish. I don’t know what that dream is, but what I do know, that it’s possible.

If you want to be good at what you want to accomplish. Then, keep doing what you doing.

But if you want to be Great at it. Pay attention.

In the next two minutes or so.

I’m going to reveal to you what to do, If you want to quit your job and pursue all that you want.

For me personally, am still going after my dream.

But because I have a vision – goal – plan – on what I want to accomplish… I’m making massive baby steps towards my dream.

So here we go…

If you want to be Great at what you want to accomplish and quit your job.

1. Take the Word EXCUSES and put it in the Trash

When in doubt… just do the thing you don’t want to do.

That’s usually exactly what you should do.

They say “Its either you make money or you make excuses” that’s an old fact.

What I personally believe is that you can’t and will never accomplish anything in your life if you keep coming up with excuses that do not even exist in the first place.

2.  Take that Television Set of Yours and Abolish it

What’s easy to do… is also not easy to do.

I had a hard time abolishing my Tv set. By the time I was going through these same master tips.

Telling me, if I want to accomplish anything in my life… I have to stop wasting time and get focused – I was only 18 🙁

Imagine an 18 year old without TV!!

Just imagine…

3. Take those unnecessary Friends – CUT THEM OFF

Those friends that you hang out with all the time, that have no Dreams.

Unfriend them.

Am serious… Cut them Off!

What do successful people and unsuccessful people have in common?

They both hate to do what it takes to be successful… but, Successful people DO IT ANYWAY!

When I started practicing this step… I lost all of my friends.

In the long run? It was worth it.

I started attracting like – minded people. Peeps that all they want in this life is to be different and accomplish their dreams/goals.

4. Get Up 1 Hour Earlier Each day & Go to bed 1 Hour Earlier Each day

When I started out.

I had a very very hard time mastering this hack.

No one likes to wake up early. I thought If I work late into the night – then I will increase my productivity.

It turns out, I was wrong.

I was waking up at 6 or 7 in the morning (yea you guessed it – to go to a job) – and sleeping at 3 or 4 in the morning.

By the end of two months doing that, day in day out.

I was super exhausted!

I couldn’t do anything anymore.

In fact, I was sick and tired of everything and my productivity went down.

As you are going towards your dream, make sure you Sleep 1 hour earlier each day and Get up 1 hour earlier each day! That’s a Fact!!

5. Read, Study & Practice Every Single Day

I didn’t say three or two days a week.

I said every single day.

You don’t have to read a 1000 books. Find the top ten books in what you want to accomplish. And read them a 1000 times.

You don’t have to just read and leave it there… read, study & practice what you learn.

What you know doesn’t determine your Success. Its what you do with what you know.

Knowledge is not Power – there’s a difference between knowing the path and walking the path.

Just Go For It

I believe deeply in my heart that we should spend our time in this planet doing what we love. Doing what our heart leads us towards.

And what we work for wouldn’t really be considered work because we love it and enjoy it and we would still do it, regardless of if we get paid or not.

And if you were a millionaire today.

You would still be doing it because you love it so much.

I know you know what that is… but are you doing it today?

You maybe in a job today you just can’t leave or maybe you just don’t have the time to go out there and pursue your Dream.

All I can say is, if you want something so bad. Just Go For It!

Not Everybody Can Do It

Not everybody can have the desire and passion to really pursue their dreams and make some commitments by living off there comfort zone.

But this message is not for everybody.

This message is not for the simple.

This message is for the go getter. This message is for the ones that would really want to pursue their dreams.

This message is for the ones that are willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish their dreams get paid doing what they love and quit their jobs.

What I do encourage you is to have a plan.

Because a Goal without a plan is just a day dream. Snap out of it!

Get Focused.

And if you have a family to take care of or have some bills to pay. Don’t make any unwise decisions to go and quit your job because you are gonna make your family suffer.

Make sure you use wisdom.

Seek guidance and help from people who have been there and done that.

Do everything you need to do to accomplish what you want.

Read. Study. Take some massive actions on what you already know.

You must have a plan.

For example;

From this time to this time – Am going to do whatever it takes to accomplish my dreams/goals

If you think this post has added some kind of value to you then share it with your friends and family so that it could add some value to them

  1. Dear Nadeem,

A great Blog Post. This so reminds me of myself nowadays. It relates to me on so many different levels. Number 1 on putting Excuses aside, that was a tough one before, but not anymore. Its true you must love what you do, why do something you don’t love if it doesn’t make you happy or make doing it worthwhile?

As I live by the phrase: Do something you love, not something you have no passion for.

I guess in today’s day and age people are working jobs they don’t want to do, they feel they must do it in order to help pay for bills or get money to put food on the table for the family.

Doing an Online Job is very rewarding in many aspects. For one time, you can work from home, and you set the schedule on how much work you want to do per day or when you want to take breaks. No more restrictions on working 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on a job.

Hmm, I like my TV though, lol. I need it to be aware of what is happening in the world and plus I need time away from the busyness of life to enjoy some quality hours watching my favorite TV Shows.
Yes, it is true to get rid of people who bring you down because they can’t lift themselves up higher to achieve their goals in life because they lack confidence and self motivation to believe they can be successful if they put their mind to it.

    • Hey Angel

Thank you 🙂 Well well… for me personally, a TV is super destructing :/ lol

I loose my focus… and my productivity goes way down. Yes It might be refreshing but uhmm… From my perspective? There are more refreshing stuff to do like… spending some valuable time with family… traveling… working out… going to the beach 🙂

      Watching TV???

      No thanks 😉

  2. I really love this article. I fully agree with you in everything you say. Life is too short to do things that you do not like. But sometimes, there is a risk when it comes to doing things that you like. It will mean that you need to reset your life and sometimes your decision may affect the people around you. There are really many things to consider but nonetheless, I fully agree that if you do not start doing anything and keep giving excuses, you will never achieve anything in life.

    Great article

    • Hey Jack 🙂

Thanks man… And yes, Its the little choices that matter.

Success is not a result of heroics… Quantam leaps… Success is a result of making seemingly small significant moment to moment choices…

In the end small choices add up to BIG RESULTS Jack.. so just take those risks and make those first baby steps as you are working towards your Dreams 🙂

      Thank you 😉

  3. Thank you for your blog on what to do when you hate your job. I think most people today do what they have to do to keep up with the bills and affording life. We slip away into a routine everyday as life passes us by. I have my own dreams and I seem to find myself coming up with excuses as to why I can’t do it or I had to much to do today to work on it. It can get you into a rut. Your site is helpful to make you stop and think and put aside all the excuses and work hard because that is the only way you can accomplish your dreams. Things don’t just fall into your lap for the majority of the population.. (yes there are a few lucky ones out there) but you are the only person that controls your dreams.

    • Hey Lindsay 🙂

Yes I totally Agree with you… Success (Accomplishing your dreams) is a result of seemingly insignificant moment to moment choices… As small choices add up to BIG results 🙂

So if you always make small seemingly insignificant excuses then it will also ADD up to BIG results in that particular area! Which we both know what excuses can lead us to – ‘Fail’ in whatever you are trying to accomplish :/

Thank you for stopping by… and I wish you Great Success and Prosperity 🙂

  4. Hello Nadeem,

Geat article. I was actually surprised to see this “Go to bet an hour early and get up an hour early.” That’s what I just started doing recently!

I am naturally a night person and tend to stay up late to work on my website. Just like you, I thought I would be more creative at night. However, I have realized lately that I function better in the morning than at night simply because my brain has rested.
You have a fabulous website here. Keep up the good work!

    • Hey Yuko 🙂

Lol… I had a hard time trying to sleep around 9 or 10pm and waking up around 5 or 6am in the morning :/ But as I struggled through it I found that I became more and more productive every single day that passes by… 🙂

Thanks for stopping by and take care 🙂

  5. Hey Nadeem,

Great tips here! I basically have done all five of them. Well, okay, I still have some T.V. shows I watch.

Cutting negative friends off was the hardest, but I had to do it and I’m glad I did.

    Off to share!
